HSI Program Progress Reports Due

In order to better support your program, HSI requires our programs to submit a progress report every quarter. This report shares your program’s activity and accomplishments for the quarter. Your Program Progress Reports are a vital connection between your work and your fiscal sponsor. It is important to be intentional about staying in touch and letting us know what is keeping you busy.
Reports are due by midnight EST on Saturday, April 15th. The report form can be found on the Community Members’ page.
Fees apply for late submission of reports and for not submitting a report.
